Our one page 'No fuss' agreement allows you to sign up and move in immediately. We issue bills covering a 28 day period, on receipt simply forward your cheque, or arrange to pay by standing order to save time.

The price you are quoted for your unit is the price you pay. There are no hidden costs. Our storage charge includes utility bills, rates, service charges, and security. It is as easy as hiring a hotel room.

After the initial 28 days you only pay for the time that you occupy the unit. When you vacate your unit we refund any rent that you have prepaid.

You can receive a discount on our standard storage charges by making prepayments as follows:

24 weeks prepayment - 4% discount
52 weeks prepayment - 8% discount

Insurance

We stongly recommend that you insure your belongings for your total peace of mind. As part of our total package we are able to offer comprehensive cover at affordable prices. Remember, you are responsible for insuring your belongings whilst in store.
